Required Profile:

  • 5+ years experience as a strategist working for brands with a clear focus on how to exploit the value of digital/social channels
  • Proven mastery of social media listening tools and hands-on experience with analytics
  • Passion to bring a brand’s purpose to throughout all relevant digital/social touchpoints
  • Understanding of latest digital trends and how digital platforms and applications shape consumer behavior
  • Indomitable sense of curiosity and eagerness to explore and leverage new technologies and platforms
  • Strong communications skills and ability to conduct workshops with digitally savvy clients in both English and German are a must

Job Profile:

  • Act as trusted advisor and sparring partner to clients and colleagues in all things digital/social
  • Serve as gatekeeper, dissecting initial briefings and translating them into clear deliverables for multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams
  • Assess the digital and social footprint of a brand and generate action plans to noticeably strengthen their content ecosystem
  • Create data-driven customer journeys and channel strategies as a basis for developing clear recommendations pursuant to the brand’s goals
  • Collaborate across disciplines to surprise clients with innovative solutions while managing scope of work
  • Make meaningful contributions to advance the level of knowledge regarding digital and social channels within the planning team and elsewhere in the agency
